Quick answer
These free wedding printables are print-ready PDFs: a share-your-photos table card with a box for your QR code, an unplugged ceremony sign, a guest book sign, guest book prompt cards and a photo scavenger hunt. Print them at actual size on 250 to 350 gsm card, and keep the QR code at least 4 cm across on table cards.
Questions people ask
Are the templates really free?
Yes. Download and print as many as you like for your own wedding or event, with no sign-up.
Can I edit the templates?
They're print-ready PDFs rather than editable files. To use your own words, copy the wording from this page into a design tool such as Canva or Word.
How big should the QR code be on a wedding sign?
At least 4 cm across on a table card. For a sign read from further away, allow about a tenth of the distance: roughly 20 cm across for a sign scanned from 2 metres.
Here are five free printables for your wedding: a table card for sharing photos with space for your QR code, an unplugged ceremony sign, a guest book sign, guest book prompt cards and a photo scavenger hunt. They're print-ready PDFs, free to download with no sign-up, and they work with any photo-sharing service.
Your QR code card, ready made
If you use DropSnaps, you don't need to make a QR code at all. Every event comes with a printable card that already has your QR code, your share link and a six-letter code for anyone whose camera won't scan. Create your event free, open it from your dashboard and print the card, one per table.

Share your photos table card
An A5 card for the tables, the bar or the welcome table, with a box for your QR code. Print it, then stick your printed QR code in the box: at least 4 cm across, so guests can scan it from their seats.
An A4 sign for the entrance to your ceremony, asking guests to put their phones away until you've said "I do". It's a vector PDF, so a print shop can scale it up to A3 or A2 without losing sharpness. Our guide to unplugged weddings has more wording and what the officiant can say.
Eight cards on an A4 sheet, each with a prompt that gets guests writing more than "congratulations": their best marriage advice, a favourite memory, a date idea for your first year and more. Cut along the dashed lines and put a few on every table, or next to the guest book. For more prompts and example messages, see what to write in a wedding guest book.
Two A5 cards on a landscape A4 sheet, each with twelve photos for guests to capture, from a selfie with the couple to the best shoes on the dance floor. Put one on every table next to your QR code. Our guide to wedding games and photo challenges has 25 more challenges and how to run it.
Print at actual size (100%, not "fit to page"), so the QR code box stays the size it says.
Use thick card: 250 to 350 gsm stands up on a table and survives a spilt drink better.
Choose matt over gloss, so the venue's lights don't glare off the QR code.
Go bigger for signs. The PDFs are vector files, so a print shop can print the A4 signs at A3 or A2. Mount big signs on foam board and stand them on an easel.
Test the QR code once it's printed, with an iPhone and an Android phone, from where guests will be sitting.
Wording you can copy
If you'd rather design your own signs, here's wording that works:
Sharing photos: "We'd love to see the day through your eyes. Scan the code to share your photos and videos."
Short table card: "Snap it, share it! Scan to add your photos to our wedding album."
Unplugged ceremony: "Welcome to our unplugged ceremony. Please put away your phones and cameras and be present with us. We promise to share the photos."
Guest book: "Leave us a message, a memory or your best advice. We'll treasure every word."
The morning after: "Thank you for celebrating with us! Please add your photos and videos from yesterday here: [your link]."
