Prices include VAT. One payment per event, no subscription. Storage allowances are per event and cover your originals plus the web-sized copies we make: 100 GB on Standard and 250 GB on Premium. A typical wedding uses 2–10 GB.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests open the link or scan the QR code and upload straight away. Only the organizer signs in.
Is there a limit on file sizes?
Only a generous one: photos up to 200 MB and videos up to 4 GB on Standard or 8 GB on Premium, each kept at original quality. Guests can select their whole camera roll in one go.
How long are the photos kept?
For the plan's retention period after your event date, or after you buy, whichever is later. Buying early never eats into it. We email you the morning after the event and again two weeks before anything is removed.
Can I keep them longer?
Yes. On Standard or Premium you can add 6 more months for £99, as often as you like, any time before anything is removed.
Do you take promo codes?
Yes. Enter the code on the payment page and the discount is applied before you pay. A code for the full amount needs no card at all.
Can I upgrade after the event?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and extend how long everything is kept.
Do iPhone videos work?
Yes. Videos recorded in iPhone (HEVC) format are converted so they play on every phone, laptop and TV.
