# Party photo sharing: one QR code, everyone's photos

> DropSnaps collects everyone's photos from a party in one place. Guests scan a QR code and upload from their phone's browser, the photos play on the TV as they arrive, and you download every original afterwards. It works for birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, christenings, reunions and hen and stag dos, and it's free for up to 50 photos.

## How it works

1. **Create your party.** Choose "Birthday or party" and moment tags like "The cake" and "Blowing out the candles" are ready to go.
2. **Share the QR code.** On the tables, by the bar, or in the invitation so people can add old photos before the day.
3. **Put it on the TV.** Everyone's photos play as a slideshow as they arrive, and you keep every original afterwards.

## What you get

- **Surprise-party friendly:** Send the link in advance and friends can add old photos of the guest of honour, ready for the big reveal.
- **A slideshow on the TV:** New photos jump the queue, so guests see theirs appear straight away.
- **Messages too:** A digital guest book collects birthday messages and photos in one place.
- **No app, no accounts:** Guests scan and share from any phone.
- **Full-quality originals:** Download everything in one zip after the party.
- **Free to start:** Free for up to 50 photos; bigger parties use a one-off paid plan.

## Milestone birthdays

For a 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th, ask guests for photos through the years as well as on the night. Tag them "Through the years" and play them on the TV. Guest book messages make a lovely keepsake, especially from friends who couldn't make it.

## Party games with a camera

Turn the photos into a game: a photo scavenger hunt ("a selfie with the birthday girl", "the best dance move") gives everyone something to do. Our [wedding games and photo challenges](https://dropsnaps.com/guides/wedding-games-and-photo-challenges) has a list you can adapt, and our [photo booth ideas](https://dropsnaps.com/guides/wedding-photo-booth-ideas) work at any party.
